Rehabilitative and Corrective Exercise
Rehabilitative exercises are a crucial aspect to any rehab program. While a manipulation or adjustment might be helpful in the moment to help you move better, it’s important to train your body to function without the constant need to visit us! Almost all care plans with involve some form of exercise prescription to be performed in office and at home.

Myofascial/Soft-Tissue Release
Soft tissue release involves the application of hands-on, or tool-assisted, techniques to help relieve pain, reduce tension, and help restore function.

Adjustment/Manipulation
Chiropractic manipulation is a hands-on technique that is used to restore motion in a joint or joints that show reduced movement and function. Manipulation/adjustment is typically used alongside other hands-on techniques and exercises to reduce pain and reinforce movement patterns.

Dry Needling
Dry Needling involves the insertion of one or more “dry” (Meaning no medication) solid monofilament needles into the area of the trigger point with the intention of managing pain, reducing trigger point development, and improving movement. Occasionally the use of electrical stimulation may be used with the dry needling service.
Dry needling is a popular therapy used by athletes and those with active lifestyles.

Cupping
Cupping therapy uses special cups that are placed on the skin that create a suction effect. Cupping is generally used to increase blood flow to a region, or help decrease pain. Both cupping is also a very popular recovery therapy for athletes and those with active lifestyles!
